Wellness Starts Within, Let’s Begin
Meet Our Founder
TZ Therapy & Wellness was built on the belief that healing is not passive — it’s something you train for.
Toni, founder of TZ Therapy & Wellness, is a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with additional professional training in personal training (NASM-CPT) and nutrition coaching (NASM-CSNC). Her clinical background includes the use of evidence-based practices such as Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These credentials inform a structured, skill-based approach while allowing care to remain practical, individualized, and grounded in real life.
Life doesn’t just affect our thoughts; it lives in our bodies, our routines, our relationships, and our nervous systems. True change happens when the mind and body are supported together, not in isolation. That belief is at the core of everything we do here.
Toni is someone who has lived through challenges, loss, and rebuilding — and that experience deeply shapes her work. She understands firsthand that growth isn’t linear and that traditional therapy alone doesn’t always meet people where they truly are. Her approach is intentionally different: supportive, structured, and focused on helping clients apply skills outside of session.

Dylan Zachman
Meet Dylan, Our Certified Personal Trainer who passion and purpose into every session.
Dylan’s Training Philosophy
Longevity. The unsung hero of which is hope (Attia, M.D) Resistance to and the antithesis of which, is the pursuit of perfection or an ideal image. We train to feel. We train to practice the beauty of exuding energy while simultaneously receiving it. We train to better understand and have increasing clarity towards our purpose and that we are needed here and always enough. I train in the scope of a 24-hour period: We wake up and are grateful for another day breathing. We set our minds towards being a source of love and energy. The physical training we do is calculated and follows a course, increasing in intensity and demand from the body. I will find your edge (limit) and push it 1% every time (Kaizen). That physical capability will expand in direct proportion to the amount of time each day that you smile, feel confident, feel loved, your energy level and the percentage you operate from the heart and soul (not the survival mind). This will be physically exhausting and trying. But you will do it without question. You will become the effort you looked up to and wanted, you will become the hope to someone else that someone gave to you. Mentally, emotionally and spiritually it will be liberating and invigorating.
Grit comes from experiencing movement as the only way to keep going at times. Consistency is rooted in youth athletics and the drive to be the person I would have looked up to at that age. Curiosity is the pursuit of failing again and again at greater and greater things. And purpose is you. However you got here, we’ve been waiting.
